Viewing NMPDR search results

Results of keyword searches are displayed in a table with the NMPDR core pathogens at the top of the list. BLAST results are presented in order of the BLAST match score. Both text and BLAST search results are returned in a table that with the name and taxonomy ID number of the organism, the functional assignment of the protein, and buttons to open the record are presented. There are two environments for viewing the data record. The GBrowse button will open the generic genome browser, and the NMPDR button will open the protein context page. Shown below are the results of clicking the GBrowse or NMPDR buttons for the same search result, HPPK in Vibrio vulnificus YJ016.
